1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trego mobile application and web platform ("Service"), provided by Trego ("we", "our", "us"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Trego is a B2B platform that facilitates communication and collaboration between restaurants, cafes, and other food establishments ("Clients") and their suppliers ("Suppliers"). The Service includes:

  • AI chat for order creation
  • Automatic supplier search
  • Real-time B2B communication
  • Proposal and order management
  • Rating and review system

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission
  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • You must represent a legal organization (not an individual)
  • You are responsible for the security of your account

3.2. User Obligations

  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • Do not share your account with third parties
  • Immediately report unauthorized access
  • Provide truthful information about the organization

4. Usage Rules

4.1. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

  • Creating and managing orders
  • Communicating with other platform users
  • Searching for suppliers or clients
  • Receiving and providing services through the platform

4.2. Prohibited Use

Prohibited:

  • Using the Service for illegal purposes
  • Sending spam, fraudulent messages, or false information
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to hack or bypass Service security
  • Using automated systems to collect data
  • Creating fake accounts
  • Violating other users' rights
  • Using the Service to compete with us

5. Orders and Proposals

5.1. Order Creation

Clients can create orders through AI chat or manually. All orders must contain accurate information about required goods or services.

5.2. Supplier Proposals

Suppliers can send proposals for orders. Proposals must contain accurate information about prices, terms, and delivery times.

5.3. Order Confirmation

After accepting a proposal, the order is considered confirmed. All terms and details of the order are agreed directly between the Client and Supplier.

6. Liability

6.1. Platform Liability

Trego is a communication platform and is not responsible for:

  • Quality of goods or services provided by Suppliers
  • Fulfillment of obligations between Clients and Suppliers
  • Disputes between platform users
  • Accuracy of information provided by users
  • Losses or damages related to Service use

6.2. User Liability

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Accuracy of provided information
  • Fulfillment of obligations to other users
  • Compliance with laws when using the Service
  • Any damages caused to other users

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including design, logos, text, graphics, and software, belong to Trego or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Service materials without written permission.

8. Access Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in actions that may harm the Service or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may periodically update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or email. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
