4. AI Chat Processing

Trego uses an AI chat to assist with order creation. Messages in the AI chat are processed through a third-party service (Deepseek API) to generate responses. We do not store the full content of AI dialogues, but we may store metadata to improve the service.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service Providers: cloud services (for data storage), analytics services
  • AI Services: Deepseek API for AI chat processing
  • Google Services: Google Sign-In, Google Places API, Google Distance Matrix API
  • Firebase: for push notifications and analytics
  • Other Platform Users: organization data and profile for B2B communication
  • Legal Authorities: if required by law

6. Data Storage

We store your personal data as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary to provide services. After account deletion, data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain by law.
